If you're an individual who places your spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing on a pedestal and believes in the power of self-healing, a sound bath is something you should add to your self-care toolbox.
Like with most alternative healing modalities and meditative practices, everyone’s experience is different, and new things may come up in each session. Most people will feel very relaxed and peaceful during a sound healing; some might have visualizations, receive creative downloads, or have an emotional breakthrough. You will never have the same experience twice. Sometimes a soundbath can be extremely calming and rest-inducing and the next time it might create a sensation of tension where stress and negative energy release is happening. If you find yourself feeling this, focus on your breath, center yourself and be witness to the work the sound is doing). Maybe another time, you will find yourself somewhere between asleep and awake, feeling like you’re floating peacefully through time and space. Or some of us may awaken feeling more wired than blissed out. We are all unique and all of our experiences are unique to us. 🧘♀️🎵
